After working in the travel and tourism business for many years in all aspects of the career, my wife and I concentrated on the concept development of 'All inclusive family entertainment'. We have successfully contributed to large multinational companies our concept designs and implemented them all over the world to the satisfaction of both company and customer alike. Thus creating higher repeat business as well as company stature, popularity and profit.

We all know this to be true, no more so than in the travel and tourism business. Children always have a say in where they would like to go on holiday, and if the kids are happy then you know the parents will be! - With the right concept, staff and entertainment, Kids will return year after year, and allow their parents to relax, join in or just relish in the knowledge that their children are cared for and are having a great time!
Holiday memories are of paramount importance, when you return home from your trip the clothes are unpacked, the mail is opened, but all the time the memories are still shared with the lines "remember the waiter in the tropical bar ... , remember the entertainer who made us laugh so much ... I've never seen the kids so happy!" These are memories that will be passed onto others almost immediately with conversation, photos, videos, social media sites etc. Good holiday memories create good return and future business. Good concept design,development and delivery with the help of well trained staff create great memories!
Creating business is already done if the previous core competences are adhered to. If the staff and the concept are positive, refreshing and passionate the battle is already won!
We aim to introduce, change or update a concept and work within the company on a consultancy basis to help recruit and train your staff, educate them in concept delivery and introduce to the other company departments, design the corporate identity of the product, and follow through in all aspects of global implementation and running with constant monitoring, operational control and updates both from the head office in Sweden and on location.
All concepts are individually tailored to your business needs. After the preliminary consultations and management agreements, the concept will be designed for approval before implementation and operation.
